Kirsten Hertog created The Kissy Project while suffering from Anorexia Nervosa & Binge Eating Disorder to share her journey and motivate other teenagers to believe in recovery. Ever since choosing recovery, Kissy writes in a journal on a daily basis, challenges herself with weekly tasks and is inspired by motivational quotes, videos & songs. Kissy created The Kissy Project App to motivate and support teenagers with an eating disorder, to do the same challenges as she did. I made the choice to recover. I want to live so I say YES to life. I push myself to do things, even when I don t feel like it.
